Who We Are
Zhengao Electronics is an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer of custom silicone and rubber components, based in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. We are not a catalogue reseller and we do not hold stock of generic parts. Every component we ship is engineered to a customer drawing, a 3D file or a physical sample, and produced on tooling that we design and build ourselves.
Our work sits at the point where a design engineer has a sealing, insulation, damping or user-interface problem and needs a manufacturing partner who can read the drawing, argue about the material, hold the tolerance and deliver repeatably. That is the job we have done for 41+ product programmes across robotics, electronics, industrial automation and advanced equipment.
Within robotics the work concentrates on joint and enclosure sealing, where the seal has to hold while the surfaces it sits between articulate. How those parts are specified, and why a standard O-ring usually fails in that duty, is set out in robotic sealing solutions.

What We Can Do
Manufacturing capability is the part most supplier websites leave out, and it is the part a technical buyer needs most. Below is what we actually run in-house.

Material options: Silicone (HTV / LSR), EPDM, NBR, FKM (Viton), NR, SBR, CR. Hardness range 20-80 Shore A. Tolerance +/-0.05 mm (moulded critical dimensions). Operating temperature -60 C to +230 C.

- Mould drawings and tooling records for every part we have produced (NDA-protected, shared under agreement).
- Material selection sheets identifying the exact compound used for each component.
- Moulded-part inspection reports: dimensions, hardness, colour and key physical properties.
- Dimensional reports for critical characteristics on request.
- Sample and first-article submissions for approval before mass production.
- Photographic and video records of tooling, moulding, deflashing, inspection and packing.
