About Zhengao Electronics
Dongguan Zhengao Electronic Technology Co., Ltd is a custom silicone and rubber component manufacturer based in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. We design and build our own tooling and mould components for OEM customers in robotics, electronics, industrial automation and advanced equipment.
The largest single grouping of that work is custom rubber parts manufacturing to drawing, in EPDM, NBR, FKM, NR, SBR and CR. Within robotics it is joint and enclosure sealing, written up on our sealing components for robotics page.

Being clear about this saves time on both sides.
- We are not a catalogue distributor. We do not hold stock of generic O-rings, grommets or standard parts for immediate shipment.
- We are not a trading company reselling another factory's output. The engineering and the inspection are ours.
- We are not a medical device supplier. We do not hold medical registrations and we do not market into that sector.
- We are not an automotive tier supplier. We do not claim IATF 16949 or OEM approval.
How We Work
- Engineer-reviewed quotation. Every enquiry is read by an engineer who comments on material, tolerances and manufacturability — not only on price.
- Tooling ownership is transparent. Tooling cost and its refundability against volume production are stated in the quote.
- Prototype before commitment. First-article samples for fit, function and life testing before mass production.
- Locked process, documented inspection. Process parameters are fixed after approval, and inspection records ship with the parts.
- Written English technical communication. Drawings, material data and photographs, in writing, so nothing depends on a phone call.
Why We Repositioned the Business
Historically the business was presented as a maker of silicone products, with the catalogue organised around whatever could be moulded. That framing attracts price shoppers and generates enquiries that go nowhere.
We now present the business as an engineering partner: the value is in reading the drawing, selecting the compound, designing the tool and holding the tolerance. That is what an OEM engineering team actually needs from a supplier, and it is the capability we want to be measured on.
