Application context decides material, geometry and inspection. These pages explain how we engineer for each industry we serve.
Component types across the industries we serve

The same moulding press produces very different parts depending on the industry it serves. A robot joint seal, an EV battery grommet and a consumer keypad share a material, but they do not share a specification. These pages describe how we approach each one.
Sealing, protective sleeves, vibration damping, cable protection, gripper components and robot keypads for industrial, collaborative, service and quadruped robots.
Seals, gaskets, dampers and moulded parts for actuators, conveyors, machine frames, control cabinets and end-effectors.
Conductive and non-conductive keypads, enclosure seals, insulation and protection parts for controllers and instruments.
Waterproof sealing, grommets, vibration isolation, cable management and camera-payload protection for airframes.
The following industry pages are in preparation. If your application is one of these and you need an answer now, email us directly — the engineering support exists today even where the page does not.
| Industry | Primary concern we address | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Automotive & EV | Sealing, damping and protection for vehicle electronics and battery systems | Page in preparation |
| Consumer Electronics | Keypads, sleeves, grips, feet and aesthetic silicone parts | Page in preparation |
| Industrial Equipment | Heavy-duty rubber components for pumps, compressors, valves and machine frames | Page in preparation |
| If your industry is… | Then we will ask about… |
|---|---|
| Robotics | Continuous flexing, joint articulation, coolant and dust exposure, reaction force on the seal, and whether the part is a service item. |
| Industrial Automation | Machine duty cycle, washdown chemicals, panel sealing, and whether the part must survive tool changes. |
| Electronics | Actuation life, contact resistance, backlighting, ESD behaviour and cosmetic surface requirements. |
| Drones & UAV | Weight budget, vibration frequency range, UV and temperature cycling, and the consequence of in-flight failure. |
Describe the environment — temperature, chemicals, motion, contamination, life expectancy — and we will propose a material and geometry direction before you commit to tooling.
